DSV Road-Pathetic service from your drivers

DSV Road's drivers are pathetic, I was promised my parcel will be delivered yesterday 6 August between 10am-12pm just to be told when calling after 14:00pm the driver cannot make it due to some issue with his scanner and that he promises to be here today before 12pm. It is now after 12pm and once again the driver has not pitched up, I am once again having to pick up the phone to call and find out what is happening as I have somewhere to be, to be told by Sharlin Adams that he is delayed and can only try to be here by 12:30. Once again I am being inconvenienced as I had to set out time to be available to collect the package as they need my fingerprint, does DSV drivers think people have nothing else to do during the day. I cannot rearrange my schedule for another day because they cannot get their drivers in check. This is pathetic service. The call centre agent furthers says that the driver was not working yesterday but using the name of the same driver as yesterday, are you guys serious, your drivers are making use of others employees details while out doing deliveries. Just plain ridiculous.
