DSV ROAD PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

DSV road service sucks and their consultants don't know what they are doing and are liers!! I requested my DISCOVERY BANK CARD TO BE COURIRED and they made an appointment for the 5th July between to 2 and 4 for delivery.

I waited and no phone call nothing. I waited for a week thinking maybe something happened. I called a a week later to DSV again and Discovery bank and another appointment for delivery of my card was made for the 15 July...guess what? You guessed right! No delivery was done I called again on the 17th.

I spoke to Thando Qabaza at DSV road from delivery department she promised me the world and that she will call me back. You guessed right she didn't call and didn't bother.

I called again few hours later I spoke to Portia Shabalala same department as Thando and she said definitely delivery will be done on the 17th she confirmed with PE branch....LOL and today its the 18th of July I still haven't received my discovery bank card.

Ohhh I also requested to speak to a manager and their manager by the name of Liziwe Mdingi said she won't come to the phone coz she can't assist me?

Is DSV a real customer center ??? It's wild....all I can say their service is pathetic and disgusting. Sies!!!!!
