DSV Road (Mounties) worst service ever!

The worst service I have ever experienced from a courier company. The were supposed to deliver my Mtn cellphone. A date and time was booked, for last Wednesday at 15h00. The driver came at 12., a sms was sent 1 minute before he arrived to say the driver is on his way to me. I phoned them numerous times, and the auto phone says they will phone. Now evertime i answer the phone call them, they put the phone down. Pathetic service delivery, not sure why Mtn uses them.
