DSV Road logistics. Forever fully booked.

If you need packages delivered to you in the less known parts of the country this is not the service provider to them. If I had a choice to choose my own courier service I would never ever use them, but unfortunately they are being used by mtn. They are forever fully booked and when you do get a date your parcel doesn't arrive you'll just waste your day waiting for it. And when they fail to deliver your package they believe a sorry and a rescheduling is good enough. That time I'm 300km away from the delivery address and the delivery requires a biometric verification.

Also they have a tendency of calling after hours. And when you ask for something they tell you they are knocking off now.

In summary : good customer service agents. Horrible delivery of packages
