Dsv couriers is very unprofessional, I was supposed to receive my parcel from Mtn that has been with them for over weeks now, on the agreed appointment date, I had to call them and ask why they didn't deliver and I was told that the driver who took my parcel does not deliver around my area, Instead of them delivering my parcel the next day because this was their mistake I am still waiting for their call again to tell me when they'll deliver my parcel, I have contacted MTN and DSV but to date I have not received any feedback.
