Im totally unhappy with the poor service Im receiving from dsv, I've had my delivery fail 3 times since i purchased my item from mtn in September 13th 2023, my delivery was rescheduled for today for the 4th time and had to once again take off from work just to sit whole morning like a fool waiting for a delivery, I've called several times today as they never respond to emails i eventually got hold of them just to be told my delivery will be made tomorrow, when i asked for the reason, they go on and lie, apparently i cancelled the delivery today, so once again i have to stay at home another day hoping my delivery will be successful after 3 attempts
