DSV Road disappointing serive

So utterly disgusted and disappointed with the service of DSV courier they not even worth 1 star... I've been waiting since last week Thursday my official delivery date according to the SMS i received from them, 18 November 2023 for them to deliver my parcel from MTN which i already have paid a pro rata amount for their services. They couldn't deliver last week due to the vehicle that had a breakdown,that i understood. But no one contacted me to say why they couldn't deliver. I had to phone everyday since last week to make alternative arrangements for them to deliver. Promises were made for them to deliver yesterday 22 November 2023 again i wasted my time waiting for them no parcel arrived. I then had to phone again this morning to find out they had another breakdown with one of their vehicles wasting my airtime only for them to promise they will deliver today. I had to cancel everything i had on to be available for them to deliver yet they did not arrive and yet again no one called to say they wont be able to deliver.. Disgusted with the service i received...Dont know how much airtime i wasted on them. How do you run a business like this
