DSV Road Deliverirs very unprofessional
I have been arranging for delivery of my MTN contract phone since early October and when we agree of the delivery times..DSV keeps on moving the times,the last straw is that on the 11th November MTN arranged that the phone will be delivered between 8h00am to 12h00noon and I have been waiting since the morning for the phone to be delivered only to be told later that the delivery car is in Midrand and the delivery time has been shifted to a later time.What a waste of my time and I am very disappointed with how they deal with clients it's so unprofessional.
