DSV Road - 3PL

DSV was the 3PL used for the delivery of my runway order. The link provided for me to track indicated that it's estimated arrival. Sherazan Myburgh responded in less than 24 hours to my email and thoroughly explained the situation (my status had remained the same even though the estimated arrival was the day of). She then sent me a follow up email to update me on the delivery and inform me that she's closing off the ticket. Excellent customer service.
