DSV refusing to deliver my parcel which i paid for
On the 26/04/2021 the DSV parcel track showed that my parcel is on delivery but still today the 04/05/2021 my parcel has not been received, on the 03/05/2021 I called DSV Bloemfontein and told them about my undelivered parcel and I was assured that I will receive my parcel on the 03/05/2021 but still to day the 04/05/2021 I haven't received by parcel and my locations are changing daily as I am a field worker, I personal took leave from the 26/04/2021 to the 30/04/2021 so that I can be at the given address to receive my parcel.
