DSV poor service/non delivery

I was expecting a package from MTN today. DSV contacted me last week, arranging that delivery of MTN package will be made today between 2&4pm, leaving me to wait a week for the delivery. I arranged so that I can be home during that time. I contacted DSV twice, and was told that they could not get hold of the driver, but that my parcel was out an will be delivered before 4pm.I waited and waited, and after 4pm, after not hearing a word, I contacted DSV again. After waiting almost 25minutes while the agent checked on my delivery, wasting my own airtime, I was told that the driver was told not to deliver my package as he was having trouble with his biometrics equipment. Why was I not informed? If I did not call, how would I have known. Now once again, I have to comply with their schedule as they cannot deliver it tomorrow, but only on Thursday, again having to be here and hopefully wait for two hours, wasting my time, in hope that it will be delivered. I hope MTN will use more competent couriers in future. Very disappointed in the lack of basic service etiquette. If they contacted and informed me, it would have been a totally different story. Let's see if I get my parcel Thursday.
