DSV poor service. My parcel not delivered to date since they had it on the 9th of February 2024. They lie to customers

I have placed an order with MyRunway on the 7th of February 2024. DSV picked up my parcel on Friday the 9th and send me a notification. On Monday the 12th of February the send an sms in the morning that my parcel will be delivered before 17:00. I didn't receive it. On Tuesday I called their offices and was told that my parcel was returned to the warehouse without a reason. And I was told that it will be delivered by the earliest tomorrow morning.

The parcel was my Valentines gifts for my family.Come Wednesday still no delivery. I followed up and was told that my parcel will be delivered on Thursday as it was mistakenly taken from Johannesburg warehouse to Capetown. Come Friday the 16th another sms was received notifying me of the parcel delivery, I did not receive it to date. Today is Monday the 19th,no communication at all.

I have never experienced such a poor service 😞 in my life. Why do they lie so much to an extent that they send delivery notifications.

DSV is ruining the relationship I have with MyRunway. Never use this company if you want to maintain your company reputation.
