Dsv poor service incompetence

Terrible service from Mtn and Dsv their delivery partner.

I upgraded last week Friday and called DSV monday to find if they have received my package,they said yes and I asked when it can be delivered they said I would get a call for during the course of monday to schedule delivery. I never got a call. I called dsv back at 16h00 they confirmed they will only call me tomorrow or I can call mtn to authorize an urgent delivery. Mtn said they had no control over what dsv does. I told dsv and they said they would call me the following day to either deliver or schedule. I said fine. I spoke to mtn via twitter direct message and they said they would look into the matter,they also failed. I also spent the whole Tuesday attempting to get a delivery because I urgently needed a device and all to no avail. I told dsv I am cancelling only then they say they can deliver in the evening. I was took angry and asked them to cancel.and I said I would call mtn as well to cancel. I called mtn and I was convinced to wait another day. I will get my delivery before 12 today. When I called i was still asked if the package should still be delivered????***??!!!! I told them to cancel right because it meant the promise of before 12PM would never happen. Guys I spoke to mtn on different platforms and not one person could get dsv to deliver or resolve my issue.You guys lack coordination and a system that gives a holistic view of all communication that was had with the client to align better. Dsv employees have attitude. They kept reading stupid comments on system.placed there by their colleagues and I can tell none of them listened to what I had to say. Where is the client Centricity mtn and dsv?
