DSV_Poor Service

I cannot begin to express to the greater public how poor an experience it has been to order online and have ordered goods delivered through CUM Books. I ordered Christmas gifts from CUM books online to the approximate value of R1000, to avoid any Christmas rush, this was done on the 16th of December. To make matters even worse, CUM books uses DSV as their courier of choice. This courier company is just as poor as CUM books when it comes to provide service, they send repeated sms’s that goods are in the delivery process, come the 24th of all days they send a text that they will deliver before 5pm, it is now the 28th and still no delivery of good. I would caution many about ordering through CUM books and have goods delivered through DSV, both these companies have proven to be *********** and the personnel working for these moderately reputable companies should be replaced. I will never buy from CUM books again, and I aim to caution as many around me as I can of the horrible service that I have received from CUM books and DSV Couriers. I advise you to purchase the same and often better Christian goods through Takealot. Takealot are simply amazing in stock, price and reliable delivery.
