Dsv poor service
I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and bad service from DSV.
I ordered a contract phone from MTN and was promised that my device will be delivered to me today (12/10/2022) but nothing was communicated to me. Please advise on what to do next because I can’t reschedule the deliver date as I’ll be out of the country from 16/10/2022

I was called earlier today by a consultant who promised to call back and assured me that I will have my parcel delivered.
I’m yet to receive a call back, I actually had to call the company myself only to be told that the truck with my parcel was hijacked but nothing was communicated to me. I’m really at my wits end with this. Even feel like cancelling the contract altogether at this point

14 Oct 2022, 14:19After waiting a crazy amount of time to get my parcel , the delivery driver finally arrives and spends over an hour trying to get the biometric system to work . Sis now I’ve wasted yet another day with no parcel still . Please advise on how I can cancel this deliver altogether because this amount of emotional distress and time wasting has become too stressful for me
