DSV Poor service
Misleading customers, 1 to 3 days delivery between major cities as per their pages. I've posted a parcel o Tuesday 2021/03/09 and was told today 2021/03/15, parcel will be delivered today. Parcel was from Cape Town To Johannesburg

15 Mar 2021, 16:51The DSV office phoned me and told me they will do a follow-up and get back to me within a hours. Call was 15:44, I'm typing this message now at 16:50. So yes, again DSV failing the customer. Poor service.
