Dsv polokwane disappointing service

This company does not deserve a star, but due to the rating first before making a review I gave them 1. The dsv polokwane branch smsed my brother and said that they would deliver his package on Friday. He waited all day until around 7pm where he called and they said they would still be on the way to deliver. Night came and passed with nothing, he then called on Saturday which they said they would courier his stuff on Monday, they "apparently" had to turn back the package to polokwane. How do they turn back the package if they did not even attempt to courier and lie about being on the way which means a person stops doing other work, waiting on a package? Still nothing in Tuesday and it's Wednesday
