DSV please just SHUT DOWN

I recently had bad service from DSV. They delivered my FNB bank card to wrong address and worse to someone who is not me and no show of ID. How can they place my banking in someone's hands a pin to access. I never received a call to arrange delivery next thing I see a SMS stating my card have been successfully delivered. Reading other reviews juss made me more upset. Surely is this organisation run buy ******** fool or what. Secondly I also question FNB for involving such a company with such a shocking reputation to deliver our cards???? Train your drivers don't just pick soneone on the street and send them to Deliver. This is NOT Mr Delivery. Takealot even do way better by far. From office to delivery guys all uncompletent Fix your pathetic service or shut down
