DSV - please don't use them!!!
I received very VERY very bad service from DSV Transport and Logistics. I am now waiting for 2 weeks for a delivery from Telkom. All that I receive is phone calls to confirm my address. Nothing else. The staff are very entertaining, with no help at all. It is unbelievable how no one cares. I would not recommend any of the big companies to use DSV for their deliveries You will loose your clients because DSV is only consern about the money you pay them......... they really don't care about your clients or to keep anyone happy or to deliver a service. You cant complain about the service at DSV because there IS NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
