DSV pathetic service for Delivering MTN upgrade

MTN Direct is affiliated with DSV. Turn around time should be 4 to 5 working days for the phone to be delivered. I tried calling DSV on numerous occasions but either the phone cuts out or someone puts the phone down. I hold for more then 20min at a time just for the call to drop. I still have no idea when my phone will be delivered as I am yet to speak to a consultant. This is pathetic service, you would actually expect some customer service at least. I will never use MTN Direct again or use DSV services.
