DSV - Pathetic service !

I ordered a package and it was sent out for delivery on the 12th on February, it was supposed to arrive the following day, its been a week and when i called DSV they told me the package came back to them empty. i know the person who sent out the package personally and he confirmed the package was sent with everything inside. i called everyday and they continued to say they will call back, its been a week and i havent heard anything yet so i phoned this morning and all they keep telling me is that they'll call back and try to find my "lost" package. its pathetic because i have no package and already paid for it. the service is terrible.
