DSV - Pathetic lack of service and Communication
DSV failed to delivery medication, which is life threatening, and obviously means NOTHING to them. Medication that was fridge line was delivered 3 days late, compromising the quality of the medication. I made DSV aware and got a call from Tshamano Moena Charmaine Raulinga, representative of DSV. She advised she would resolve this. A day later I get an email from her stating the case is closed????HOW???? I immediately responded to state it can not be closed as I did not receive the replacement meds, it is now THREE days later with NO REPLY. This is absolutely pathetic service!!!!

08 Jul 2024, 17:54A WEEK LATER with NOTHING from DSV. Had a call from NTOMBI from DSV, PROMISING to follow up and get this resolved, MORE THAN ONE WEEK LATER.....NOTHING
I have no idea why PHARMACY DIRECT would engage services of DSV, especially looking at the thousands of negative reviews from Customers. How DSV is still in Operation is a Wonder....
