DSV Operates like a Bogus Courier Company
Utterly Useless service! Twice the company held me "hostage" because they are going to deliver... then, when you follow-up, the driver cannot be reached, they don't make contact, they never call back after queries, NOT SOLUTIONS DRIVEN!! DO NOT USE!!! DSV Road. *** To track your item, please visit our website on https://clientzone.za.dsv.com/trackandtrace. When tracking this parcel it shows "Delivery Failure" even before it should be delivered. Two days, and the drivers evidently cannot be reached. Seems they cannot track the drivers either... sounds concerning to be honest!! If I had a courier business and my drivers and vehicles cannot be traced, I would be super concerned!!!

Listen to your customers, gain their trust, grow, expand and take over the market!! For a business established in 1976 you sure have gone to the dogs... Expected much better! Suppose you became part of the big corporate clan where customers are less important than your profits... it has become a numbers game...
