DSV Not Professional and Reliable

DSV is not professional as well as realibe. I've opened a bank account with Discovery Bank and was told that my card will be delivered by DSV and yeah they called to schedule the delivery which was supposed to be on the 15th of September 2022 from 15H00 -16H300. I waited and it never pitched no phone call no sms no email was sent to tell me what was happening. I called the customer services department on Thursday they kept hanging up on me then on Friday they called me to confirm my address like how can I confirm on the application and confirm on Thursday when they called and also confirm on Friday. I think DSV is not taking its clients seriously. Today is Saturday the 17th of 2022 the delivery hasn't arrived. From my knowledge and experience after they failed to deliver my package was supposed to be an Overnight package and be delivered the next day after 12pm so DSV is real not realiable.. Such a bad service I received from them.
