DSV not a good courier for Discovery Bank card deliveries

Dsv road have been the worst courier delivery, I have been waiting since Monday for a delivery of my Discovery card that they keep rescheduling telling me so many stories. The agent assisting me was Thando and she refused to give her surname, she claimed her line manager is Dimakatso Mo***eng. Thando talks over me on the phone and gives so much attitude. She literally told me that it’s her way and I have no choice but to wait for when the driver decides to return, driver is Siyabonga Makhatini
