Dsv no service at all
My daughter upgraded her mtn contract. On the 27 March. Dsv has still not delivered her phone. According to them they tried yesterday but no one was at the address which doesn't make sense as it a company and they were at work till 7pm She received a call back from dsv and after being put through to 2 different departments spoke to an exceptionally obnoxious consultant who said that someone would contact her, she is still waiting.

We need more consultant like Lucia who actually try and keep the customer happy and take pride in their job and go the extra mile. Parcel was received
