DSV No delivery of my package

<p>Since wednesday the 5th i am waiting for my parcel to be delivered. It has been out for 5 days for delivery but still no1 has called me to verify anything or to confirm delivery time. They told yesterday that the driver is new and doesn't know the route but they will prioritise delivery today. And then today they can't get hold of the driver. You can't tell me that you struggle to locate your own employee the whole day. You have to be kidding me. What kind of business is this? I need my parcel. I have attached a screenshot from their website. And it shows that delivery failed. How? For 5 days with no communication with me as the recipient. I want my parcel already. </p>
