DSV NO DELIVERY EXPECTS CLIENTS TO PAY
I am expecting delivery from DSV courier services and my parcel could have been delivered Monday 05 December 2022 and no delivery was done. Today Tuesday i've followed up spoke to Bongani who confirmed to me that driver who were supposed to deliver my card tried to call me yesterday Monday and i've never missed a call yester Monday 05/12/2022. Bongani confirmed that he will escalated and revert back to me and 2 Hours later i called to follow up, matter was never escalated and i am now told to pay R225 for my delivery to be done today.
