DSV must be an acronym for Disappointing Service Vendor

I cringed when MTN told me DSV will be the courier of my package! (Not the first time)As expected no delivery! DSV contacts me on 24/05/2023 to arrange delivery on 25/05/2023 between 11am and 3pm at my office. The driver arrived before 8:30am!! He has my secretary call me to say that he will reschedule for today 26/05/2023 before 9am as he can only do that area at that time. So at 11am I try to contact them with no success. After 3pm I get a sms saying that delivery will take place next week Wednesday 😞. That's an extra 5 days after the promised 5-7 days delivery!! One thing I can say is that DSV is consistent in their incompetence.
