DSV & MTN lack of customer service with regards to delivery of MTN cellphone
Good day I have been struggling for more then a week to get my MTN Cellphone Upgrade delivered by DSV. DSV consultants don't return calls while MTN does not action requests with regards to Biometric and OTP Verification. I have spent hours on the phone with MTN and DSV but nothing seems to be done.
