Dsv mtn delivery services

Have been waiting for my mtn wifi package for days now.. At first the delivery time was not honored then the delivery guy calls me at work, told him I left for work already having lost half of the day waiting for him.. Utter incompetence with him sounding proud of not delivering on time and simply said okay and dropping the call. Call center calls and apologizes the following day to reschedule the delivery. The guy called once while I was driving on the said day, missed the call and never heard from him again.Now that it's a long weekend chances are the delivery will be made on Tuesday. A full 8days of back and forth. Mtn billed me already for the those missed 8days of which I'll never be refunded. I truly am flabbergasted and angry, worst service ever.
