Dsv / MTN / Delivery Fails

Please see the below complaint, I have tried to post this on the official Dsv complaints site, but unfortunately was denied with an error 403 msg.. Dsv not wonderful at all.

As a matter of interest, what is the procedure on undelivered packages if the biometric delivery system fails. Is there a manual delivery system in place? If not, why not? I have searched online and discovered numerous complaints regarding same. And find it really surprising that this problem still persists. The complaints date back almost 4 years. Also no one will accept or take responsibility. Or have been in anyway helpful. I have contacted MTN as well as Dsv and have been given the runaround. I find this pathetic, frustrating and I am disgusted with the service. Gregory Pick
