Dsv mounties worst courier company ever!!!!

I have never had such bad customer care and experience from dsv. I've been waiting since last week for my delivery while I had to call in a number of times it was promised for delivery today, once again the driver **** and said he called several times to get through to me when he did not. Now I've had to disappoint my niece as her present won't be arriving on her birthday which is today. I will never Recommend this Company to anybody as there service is bad, and I will definitely be spreading their bad service around. And worst part is they won't even call me back
