DSV Mounties POOR SERVES

I will never recommend them to anyone, I upgraded my MTN contract on the 11 July 2020 instore and on Monday the 13 July 2020, DSV Mounties reserved my order. I got a few calls from them, after a few times they confirmed that my delivery will be on the 21 July 2020. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I phoned them again and they say that they were trying to get hold of me and they put a hold on the sistem on my delivery, after a few words they promised me they will deliver it on the 22 July 2020 and they came with the package, but the barcode did not respond with their sistem so they went back with my package again, until now I didnt hear from them again, this is POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!
