DSV Mounties is tops! (after handling my complaint professionally)

Good news!

DSV reached out to me via e-mail and the delivery went smooth. Many thanks to the two persons ()who shall remain nameles) who kindly assisted me via e-mail. Thanks also to the driver who went all the way to deliver it.

I think all companies should also use e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp to reach out to deaf people and drivers who can't use a cellphone while driving.
