DSV Mounties are pathetic
The absolute worst courier company!!!
Calls transferred, cut off put on hold for 20 minutes. No customer service. No sense of urgency. Seems everyone does what they like
If you have any accountability you will investigate and fire all these people from client services to the driver as they also do whatever they like. Package not delivered for a week, client service ant resolve or help - useless!!! I use all my time and airtime. Still no package!!!!!!!
How these people can be in business ?????????????????
