DSV LOGISTICS IS THE WORST FREIGHT HANDLING COMPANY IN SA

DSV has the worst delivery service in the country. I had ordered my bank card with discovery bank, it has been 2 weeks still and the driver never delivers. No form of contact is made to me by their contract driver or any delivery attempts made to ensure my delivery is done...I have called their customer service office countless times to find out about my delivery and all they do is do another reschedule. This is appalling as i have been in the logistics industry for a number of years and understand that a certain SLA needs to be met.
