Dsv locker is ****

During December time my parcel was delayed and got to its destination 8 days after it was supposed to have arrived. I tried to understand since it waa December and its a holiday season. However on the 17th of January I posted another parcel to be send to the same destination it is delayed as well as it has not arrived at its destination. I called 4 and to make arrangement but still have not received parcels.... The Dvs locker company is not transparent with their clients as they do not inform their customers regarding delays and they also not trust worthy because their reasons for the delay of the parcel is always a defferent story everyday... I really not happy with their service... Sies maan
