DSV Locker Courier services NOT RELIABLE!!!

DSV Locker Courier services NOT RELIABLE!!! We bought a box at Engen as they have the DSV Locker services. We "posted" our box Friday 20 December 2019 @10:26 as we needed it to be delivered in Margate at the latest 24 December 2019, this is a overnite courier service after all . We did a tracking every day and Today 24 December 2019 the parcel has still not been collected. When we phoned to ask why it has not been collected and the consultant just apologized and could not give a reason. Ons top of it he informed us that they are not doing the Gauteng to KZN rout over the festive season and that we will only be able to send our parcel in the new year. What are we paying for it we do not get "overnight" or "next day" delivery. I now have to use another courier service to deliver my parcel, which is an inconvenience as the DSV locker is right next to my work and I have paid for service that was not delivered.
