DSV is useless why do banks use them??

Waiting for them to deliver my new bank card. They can not keep to agreed upon time slots. Still no card. They have the most rude call center people, drivers as well. The driver put the phone down in my ear when he was early and I asked him to wait 20 min for me to be home. Just said he have to go to Midrand an cannot wait he was 20 min early.
