DSV is the worst courier service ever!!
DSV is the worst courier service ever, with pathetic customer service. We ordered from MFA and were promised that the order will be delivered on the 12 December before 17:00. After calling their office several times, we still haven't received any correspondence and when tracking the parcel it still says the parcel will be delivered before 17:00 on the 12th. It is very much unfair because the order was to be used on Wednesday, the 13th December 2023.
