DSV IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with DSV's services. I have been waiting for my parcel for the past 3 days and today, I was told to expect my delivery between 9 and 11 AM. It is now well past that time and I am still waiting with no sign of my package. To make matters worse, DSV does not even answer their phones when I try to inquire about the status of my delivery. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect better from a reputable company like DSV and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I have received.
