DSV IS THE WORST COURIER I EVER DEALT WITH

Dsv courier said I need too have my original ID for delivery then I contacted mtn too get in contact with dsv too arrange for It to be delivered to the mtn branch in durban but mtn never got back to me so dsv phone me the same day and said they can deliver it within a week once I have got my ID. So the arrangement was they will deliver it within a week. If mtn authorized it to be delivered to the branch I don't mind. But if it's being delivered to me I don't have my original ID but rather a copy.

So despite me arranging with dsv they do their own things. Honestly this is terrible and frustrating. So I received the following sms from dsv this morning.

Your MTN order will be delivered today. Please note that DSV driver will be collecting Photo of Proof of Residence,Photo of ID and MTN Tax Invoice. Your MTN Tax invoice will be supp**** upon delivery. DSV Road. *** To track your item, please visit our website on https://clientzone.za.dsv.com/trackandtrace

Despite me arranging with them to deliver a week later.

This is just *********. Dsv is one of the worst couriers I have ever dealt with. RAM Couriers is way better. This is bull**** from dsv side.
