Dsv is the worst courier company ever/

Its the worst courier company ever the courier guy kept me waiting the whole day (on friday) and when he finally arrived at my workplace he took my fingerprints then said the device didn't read my fingerprints and he has other deliveries to do so he can't try taking my prints again we'll have to reschedule for monday in the meantime I haven't received an email sms call or anything telling me whats going on...dont waste your time with dsv believe me youll regret it
