DSV IS THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE

DSV Is the worst courier company in South Africa. I ordered my phone with MTN on Wednesday (25/09/2019) and MTN advised me that I will receive my cell phone by Friday (27/09/2019). I received a call from Fiona from DSV on Saturday to confirm my address and she could not understand I live in Mpumalanga not Gauteng or KZN. I phoned DSV today (30/09/2019) to ask about my phone. The lady told me that my phone is in Gauteng and then being rerouted to Witbank??? I live 4 hours away from Witbank?? I asked when I will receive my phone and she told me she can not promise me a date?? Then I asked if she wants to take down my CORRECT address and she said there is no address on the system??? WHAT IS HAPPENING DSV???? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHONE??
