Dsv is the worst company ever
I am waiting for delivery for my MTN package that was scheduled for today when a Dsv Consultant calls me to tell me they won't deliver because my package was given to the wrong driver! How pathetic is this? I have taken leave from work and they call me at the last minute to tell me they won't be coming? Now I must take leave again for whatever day they'll decide to show up? I even offered to collect at the depot or to meet the driver wherever he is and they tell me it's not allowed. I'm coming up with solutions for a problem they caused but they still won't listen?? This is the worst company ever. Mtn must stop using this sorry excuse of a company. I am beyond enraged. Dsv I want my package TODAY!!

My issue has been solved. I would like to commend Veronica and Mapule who called me countless times and went out of their way to make sure my phone was delivered today. Your driver Tshepang even went out of his normal route to make sure I receive the package intact. These three people are heroes.
