DSV is the worst

This is the worst Courier Company i have ever seen in my life ,My wife ordered a cellphone from MTN ,then she received a call from DSV saying that they will be delivering a phone ,she took a day off from work ,yet the phone was not delivered ,when we call DSV they just put us on hold ,i think is time for MTN to take their business elsewhere ,you guys are useless
