DSV is run by ******

Yhooo DSV is such a horrible company to use..I couried goods to my customer, I didn't read the declaration on the packaging, just learnt today that they were not liable whatsoever hence they went and broke my parcel..how can they make sure that people's stuff are handled with care when they know that they are not liable?And I only heard the for claims after speaking to a very less concerned manager called Moggie..are u telling me that the customer care manager didn't know that they are not liable,he made me do a lot of things for nothing, spent my money making a follow up and emailing stuff yet he shouldn't have known that they are not liable..I dont even have proof that everything was broken,for all I know they can still have the rest of my goods yet they say everything was broken and the declaration I signed says they are not liable..unbelievable, this company is run by ****** and employed ******..
