DSV IS INCOMPENT AND UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!

I ordered a phone from MTN for delivery a month ago, the DSV driver came to deliver the phone but left with it because his biometric machine couldn't read my fingerprints. MTN then emailed DSV to drop the order and they haven't done that and I can't upgrade my contract instore because they waiting on DSV to cancel my order as per requested by MTN. I call DSV n MTN everyday and they are sending me back and fourth because DSV won't drop and release my order so I can go upgrade in-store at MTN. No one is giving me solution, Its very frustrating because they have stock at MTN but I can't go get a phone because my account is currently frozen..DSV is the worst delivery service ever!!!!!!!
