DSV is a delayed delivery service
This is a terrible delivery service, with the worst customer care. My Makro online delivery dated 29.11.2019 has still not been delivered after I have been assured on multiple occasions by DSV Cape town agents that it will be same/next day delivery. I have received no feedback from DSV. I call and no one answers the telephone. Horrible service. Its 20 Dec and still no word from DSV on my package delivery. Asking Makro for refund because this is abissmal!
